The War Room’s Main screen is where you follow your groups during the event. Here you can see exactly what’s going on in the event in real time. Follow the number of mentions and social mentions, the velocity, and sentiment of each phrase or hashtag in the groups, and of the group as a whole. See other associated phrases and add them to your groups. See select tweets mentioning your phrases.
At the top of the War Room screen are the screen’s controls:

Search for groups containing a phrase in the Search field. This hides groups that don’t contain the phrase.
Set the War room’s time period;
Realtime – The War Room updates the data every few seconds .Display data from the past 5, 15, 30 minutes, 1, 2, or 3 hours .
Custom – The War Room displays data from a custom time frame. Set the Start and End times to display.
Set the time zone to display. For example, to display data from the Academy Awards, select the Los Angeles time zone (GMT – 8). Times displayed in the War Room are in the set time zone (e.g. Los Angeles) regardless of where in the world you are. The time zone setting is also used in custom time frame queries

Export the displayed war Room data as a CSV file by clicking the Export button .
The War Room’s Main screen is divided into four areas;
The Main area displays the groups and the number of mentions, social mentions and velocity of the past selected time period (you can select periods of 5, 15, or 30 minutes, 1, 2, or 3 hours, or a custom time). It also displays the current sentiment count of the group.

The Social Mentions & Sentiment area shows the changes in sentiment of the selected group over the set period. It also shows the highest spikes of total, positive, negative, and neutral social mentions, and the total number of social mentions during the set time period.
The Associations area displays a list of phrases associated with the selected group’s phrases, and you can add any of these phrases to the selected group
The Tweets area displays select tweets mentioning phrases from the selected group. The tweets are marked in color according to their sentiment.
